Easy to read, and very straight to the point. I love the fact that it gives you many inputs and practical exercises for managers to implement with their own teams. It shares the right amount of information to get started on developing a more conscious and inclusive workplace, which is definitely a key focus in such an international working environment that we are constantly exposed to. Suggested to anyone that cares about taking care of their international talent and create a safe and efficient space for anyone in the team.
